How to submit a request

• Email basindowah@yahoo.com with the subject: Data Deletion Request.
• Include the WhatsApp number connected to your request in international format. Do not send additional medical information.
• Complete a reasonable verification step so we can confirm that you are the data subject.

What happens next

After verification, we will delete or de-identify personal data in systems under our control, normally within 30 days, and send confirmation when the process is complete.

We may retain limited information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or to prevent fraud. Where possible, we will explain any applicable exception.

Scope of deletion

The request covers data controlled by Dr. Mohammed Al-Salem's clinic. You may need to contact third-party platforms such as WhatsApp or Meta directly to delete information they retain under your account and their own policies.
