The service may use automated tools to assist with initial administrative replies and message routing. You may ask to communicate with a person when needed. Medical decisions are not made solely from an automated reply.

Submitting an appointment request is not final confirmation until the clinic confirms it. We aim for accuracy, but schedules and services may change, and technical errors or interruptions can occur.
